Magic Words!

There are two magic words that will unlock your faith and deliver you from doubt.  Two words that speak with authority that God will never ignore.  Two words that will always be heard.

Those two words are “THANK  YOU!”

Jesus Raises Lazarus From the Dead John 11:38-44

38 Jesus, once more deeply moved, came to the tomb. It was a cave with a stone laid across the entrance. 39 “Take away the stone,” he said. “But, Lord,” said Martha, the sister of the dead man, “by this time there is a bad odor, for he has been there four days.” 40 Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?” 41 So they took away the stone. Then Jesus looked up and said, “Father, I thank you that you have heard me. 42 I knew that you always hear me, but I said this for the benefit of the people standing here, that they may believe that you sent me.” 43 When he had said this, Jesus called in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!” 44 The dead man came out, his hands and feet wrapped with strips of linen, and a cloth around his face.

Notice that Jesus, even before anyone witnessed Lazarus’ resurrection, Jesus was already saying “thank you”.

“In everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. “ 1 Thessalonians 5:18

“Gratitude is how you stand in the middle of uncertainty and still sound like victory.  It is how you tell heaven I trust you more than my timeline.  It’s how you remind the atmosphere I am already blessed because when you truly say thank you are waiting for something to change and then you become the change.  Your energy shifts, your words align, your actions flow, and suddenly everything around you starts to rearrange itself to match your new reality!” from my notes…

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the breath in my lungs, for the light that greets me each morning, and for the quiet strength that carries me through each day.

Thank You for the love that surrounds me—
in family, in friends, and in the kindness of strangers.

Even in times of challenge, You remind me that there is beauty, purpose, and grace in every moment of my life.

May gratitude fills my thoughts today and always,
turning even the smallest blessings into songs of praise.

Thank you for the healing that is working within me right now. However small or great, the miracle of healing is a Holy Blessing.

Lord, I knew you would hear me and for that, as well as your loving everlasting presence within my life, among all other things I am profoundly grateful for this!

Amen.
