The Ant March II
The Ant March II
Again, therefore, Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the light of life.”
John 8:12
The Story
What are you seeking? What are you searching for? In your life, on the Internet. Your social media?
In human society, we sometimes follow traditions, trends, or leaders this way—looping until someone steps outside to question the path. It’s a gentle reminder to look around, to ask why, and to choose our steps with wisdom.
The Human March
Did you know, that the intention you propose sets your stage? It sets a neon sign on your front porch—what does your sign say you want?
Did you know that the queries you input (even to friends or the Internet) often mask out your true intentions?
You ask “why I am sick?”, “how do I make more money?”, “why are we at war?”. The system rewards these words: “sick”, “money”, and “war”. They don’t care about the “I” or the “we”. You mean nothing to the algorithm in that context. What you are guaranteed to get back is more sickness, more scams, more conflict. I promise you that is how it works.
What if you say:
“I am healthy today”
“I am loving today”
“I am joy today”
You break the algorithm because they don’t see your “sign” that says “I want this”.
Did you know that those statements change the algorithm within your own heart too?
How do you change the algorithm in the “system”?
How do you change it in your heart?
When you ask “why do I have anxiety” to a system, you’ll get an endless supply of all the pitfalls, the traps, and the impossible solutions to bring you more of “anxiety”. Instead ask, “show me something that makes my heart sing!”
I did once—and I got an endless resource of beautiful solutions to my former anxiety. It led me to where I am now.
Did you know that if you ask “How do I protect myself from satan” you’ll get an endless supply of all the pitfalls, the traps, and impossible solutions to bring more demons in every corner of your life? Instead ask, “show me something that puts light in my life.”
I did once and it brought me amazing inspiration to do just that, and how to do so for others.
Did you know that when you ask “How do I get rid of the flu”. You’ll get the flu remedies that you already don’t trust, you’ll get a narrative of the flu everywhere and your subconscious will hear only “I’m gonna get the flu”. Instead ask, “What can I watch, listen, or read that will bring me peace and health.”
I never asked that "how do I get rid of the flu", because I never worried about it. I don't know that I ever had it. I do ask “what can I watch, listen, or read that will bring me peace and health.” And guess what? I don’t ever get even the common cold.
Did you know that when you ask, “Why is our government at war?” You’ll get an endless supply of what the government is doing, all bad because the algorithm presumes that’s what you are expecting. Instead ask, “How can I bring peace in this world?”
I did once, and I got inspiration for new songs, poems, and the ability to find peace when the world around me seems impossible. I had to surrender my opinion, but in doing so, I was given something greater.
You’ll be surprised at the results. And pretty soon you won’t be asking the old questions. You’ll be asking the new questions all the time.
We’re often wired to ask questions, or click on dramatic content, to find proof our own feelings are justified but a paced, graceful, method often produces results quicker than questions asked out of concern.
"No demon can touch you." Is something I say to my family often. This mirrors 1 John 5:18: "We know that everyone who has been born of God does not keep on sinning, but he who was born of God protects him, and the evil one does not touch him." The Greek word for "touch" here (haptetai) implies a "laying hold of" or "fastening onto." Our “click”, our “search”. Our consent says “take me here”.
If the heart is transformed and "born of God," there are no hooks—no jagged edges of unresolved trauma, hidden hatred, or unhealed ancestry—for a negative or demonic influence to fasten onto. You’ve "sanded down" the surface of the soul with Grace until it’s too smooth for an adversary to grip. And that adversary is often our own mind—our own willingness to see what is behind the dark veil and try by our own will to defeat it. Why battle it in the first place? Let it go…
In the ancient world, a signature (or a seal/signet) of authority like Pilate, Rome, Herod, or the Pharisees wasn't just a name; it was an Authorization of Authority. At the time, the people were not allowed to carry a signature, a ring, without being ordained by a higher (human) authority. You have one now whether you know it or not. Christ was a threat because he put on the Holy signet, the seal of God, and told us we have that right to Authority as well, in Love.
When we kiss, "click", or “search” on the watered down, the negative or the negative content, we are authorizing that narrative to prioritize itself in our mental queue. Don’t give your authority away.
In doing so, we give it authorization to continuously communicate these things directly to us. What you input is what you will get. Want new window blinds? Ask the system and you’ll see blinds everywhere. Guaranteed.
If you change your signet, your "Signature" to Grace, you are essentially changing the locks on your front door-- your heart. The "negative" content can (and will) still be sent to your address, but it can no longer be easily consumed, or presented, because they don't match your new signature. They just show up as "Noise" and are eventually dropped, forever. You will now have authority over all if it. Forever. Forever!
What are we authorizing in our lives? Does watching this content, or searching that content make you feel more powerful in Christ, or more vulnerable, more “on watch”, or angry in the world? The Internet will remind us of its “sage” insight and will show darkness if that is what we ask of it.
Your new paced life of Grace will be rewarded. You will find autonomy, and a remedy for everything in the world. All darkness cast aside. Sometimes the greatest spiritual victory is the day where nothing dramatic happened because you were too full of Light to be bothered by the noise. Don’t seek the dramatic—it has a way to find us on it’s own.
It won’t be easy—because choices are ever present. Make a higher choice, make a choice for what is good, not what is questionable, not what you presume you don’t already know. Which is Love.
You want the science behind it? I have it, but that will take some time. Stay tuned, Stay with God.
